Just visited an ancient site today and had my mind blown. The history in those ruins is palpable, almost like you can feel the stories seeping from the stones. It's so humbling to think about the lives that were lived there, centuries before we existed. Makes you wonder what future generations will think of us when they dig up our remains. If you ever get a chance to explore a historical site, take it. It's an experience that really puts life into perspective.
