Thank you for the kind words. I do use the Waking Up app which I've found to be invaluable. So far I've gone though Sam's stuff and dabbled in headlessness. There's so much in there, and I think I probably need to take more time in digesting each session. Look forward to chatting!

That's such an excellent mantra! It's how I try to live each day as well, though of course it's a struggle (but I think that's the point of life in a way).
