Ive found so many similar cases... This user got a powerbadge with 0 casts and just 2 replies... Some of us been actively posting quality content for months and never got one. Theres no transparency on how PB or allowance is distributed... I think someone owns us an explanation... Are PB hand picked?? did the algo skip such an obvious case??

its because he is famous for selling a big company... got an easy pb and never even gave a fuck to post 1 cast... We were told these are the rules to get th pb... not even 1 point covered xD

Ah I get it. But not surprised that they do that since they have asked us to nominate ppl for bagdes before so I suspect they give it to ppl they feel "deserve" it as well

Yeah these things are never revealed. At least they are more open than most platforms. I guess one aspect is to not reveal it so it's easily gamed by bots etc
