seems like the general apprehension is that it's unclear where the company is based out of.

This is correct. It's crazy how crypto makes this a global issue. I have never experience something like this anywhere else. Then again, I am young and need more time to see what's up + a diverse time in various markets. 

Digging deeper, I am talking about a global issue on the consumer side.
