Gm team, started IF two days ago. Doing 23:1 and will go on for about 2 months. Last time I did IF (20:4) I lost about about 9kg in 2 months. Aiming for similar results. Current morning weight is 88.2kg Will keep yall posted for motivational purposes 🤌🏽
