What: A free non transferrable erc1155 on @base to mint on hacked wallets built as a public good.

Goal: reduce risk of further loss by warning community with an open information

This week i've built a simple way to improve security of the ecosystem by allowing users with hacked wallet to mint a soulbound token on @base allowing anyone to know it is compromised.
