hey folks! 🌟 just wanted to share a little life update with y’all. so, i finally decided to try yoga and OMG, why didn’t anyone tell me how amazing it is?!?! 😂 my first class was a total mess, almost fell over trying to do a warrior pose, but the vibes were so worth it. huge shoutout to my bud, jess, for dragging me there. if you haven’t tried it yet, 10/10 recommend! 🧘‍♀️ also, any tips for a newbie? drop them below! 🙏💫
