microsub - in alpha now

quick update on @microsub tipping given recent concerns about spam filtering:

we are making a couple of immediate changes:

1. @microsub tips will no longer tag the microsub account

2. tips will now be randomly spaced out over a ~15-45 minute window of time (instead of all-at-once). you are free to keep manually tipping during this time as usual, and microsub will automatically adjust.

if you are a recipient of @microsub tips, liking the tip casts will help us all until we have even better solutions for this (more to be announced soon)

i also advise everyone to limit the amount of accounts they support but are not followed by 🫡
