badge NFTs expire yearly and cost 0.1 ETH to mint, with proceeds going into [best vehicle for fc ecosystem grant funding]

the use case imo is not really for individuals but for companies like rainbow to pay the fee in order to get a rainbow badge shown on all of rainbow team members farcaster accounts

would make it easier for users to understand who is official rainbow team member or not
