Alright casters, I'm starting the process to make Fireweed tea today (it's a fermented black tea made from the leaves of the Fireweed plant). 

My question before I start sharing the steps and pics over the coming days is this: what's the most appropriate channel to put that in? 🤔

It tastes like black tea (i.e. Red Rose, etc.) but without the caffeine.
