​1. Why Do Our Minds Wander?​​

Many who enter blockchain communities experience a distinct sense of "floating." There’s too much information to process, too many groups to keep up with (yet none you dare leave), proposals pile up unread, governance feels chaotic with everyone fighting for airtime, and token volatility sends emotions on a rollercoaster overnight. In this state, our minds have already "wandered off."

A "scattered mind" is a psychological state of perpetual external stimulation and high-pressure cycles. We’re pulled along by news, price charts, trending topics, and social cravings—yet rarely pause to ask: Why am I here? Who do I truly want to connect with? What do I believe in? What kind of community and vision am I willing to devote myself to?
