1. Do "replies" earn Moxie rewards the same as "top-level" casts?
Yes, replies and top-level casts are the same. Check your profile on the Airstack explorer -> https://www.airstack.xyz/

2. Do holders of my fan tokens get issued rewards when I earn Moxie? 

No, this is a common misunderstanding. See the infographic below 👇 Notice that the system for personal rewards and fan token rewards are different.

Unlimited supply of fan tokens

If you buy fan tokens, the supply and price increases. You sell, supply and price decrease.

So if I have 100% of the 100 token supply, and you buy 100 tokens, I now only have 50% (100/200).

But if the system buys 100 tokens (which increases the price) through rewards and burns them, you still have 100% of the fan tokens (100/100). No increase in supply, only increase in price.
