Hey a couple questions about auctions...

Is this user's understanding (image below) correct?
If so, does it matter in this case who bid first?

so in the case of this user...

let's say

1. User bids for 1 token x 200,000k moxie = 200,000 volume
2. Ends ends with clearing price of 100 moxie per token
3. User receives 2000 tokens (200,000 volume / 200 clearing price)

If this is the case, is there any drawback to bidding this way? 
(assuming the user wants an arbitrary number of tokens)
