pro-crypto and pro-tariff is a strange place to be

Reminds me of this, but without understanding it too well also wonder if it's a time-horizon problem (i.e., tarrifs as a local "short"-term tactic). 

I suppose more cynically, "pro-crypto" is the local short-term tactic, but the systemic effects on pro-crypto seem to make it harder to reverse than trade policy.
