Requesting a bit of math help with Fan Token Auctions (imagining the previous frame flow when you could still set a quantity). ---- For a given auction, say the clearing price right now is 100 moxie and there are 1000 tokens available. Which of these bids would increase the clearing price more? Why? (or will they have the same result) Bids Scenarios: 1. 100 tokens for a price of 1000 moxie (100k volume) 2. 0.1 tokens at a price of 1,000,000 moxie (100k volume) CC: @ipeciura.eth @betashop.eth @yosephks

tagging @zoz.eth and @sleepypenguin.eth to get an official answer on this. My initial intuition was that they would be the same, but have since heard differently. And Claude is desperately trying to convince me they're different as well.

Thanks for tagging. Yeah. My understanding is it'll be the same too but I got your point on why there's a chance it isn't.

It depends. Above 1k there'd be a difference of course. The other thing is how the auctions work. Are u limiting it to the number of tokens bidded or the value of the bid. Initially, the wording seemed to suggest the former but in reality the contract works on the latter.
