Quick Moxiethon lessons learned retrospective (regardless of results):

What I did right:

1. Front-loaded the work - got really sick a couple days in, but had already made big strides from early work

2. Chose something I cared about - I wanted transactions straight from @moxiescout. Makes it very easy to build when you want and use something yourself.

3. Great teammate - @harios was wonderful to work with on FanSpace (my second entry). Super fast, high conscientiousness, and very skilled.

4. Frequent/Open comms - I stayed active on FC and in the Moxiethon group chat even when I was having trouble.

What I could have done better:

1. What were the hackathon judging criteria? Still not quite sure, probably should have asked early on.

2. Ask for help even more often: pretty good about this, but @yosephks.eth was a huge help and I should just ask more to speed up

3. Be wary of double projects - FanSpace was a huge success, but I almost missed pulling it off because of illness/bandwidth.

Also didn't really approach it competitively (which is hard for me because I'm naturally competitive). Focused on win-win, invited @leovido.eth to participate because I think it's the right thing to do for the long term.
