Moxie Build-in-Public Round 25: Buying and Selling

First /fbi moxiethon build-in-public thread. I'll be adding the ability to buy and sell directly from inside MoxieScout. 

This is my first big web3 dev project, so excited and also have a lot to learn. 

First step is creating a test page so I don't have to load all the auction data each time I want to debug.

A bit of upfront work makes the coding go much faster.

First thing I did is get the wallet address I have moxie in so that I can see how much I have available. 

Though I won't be using the airstack frame, I do want to borrow a lot of their UI/UX flow since the community is already familiar with it. That means having access to both the vesting and wallet address.

Starting with the wallet address since that's what I personally have moxie in. Keep things simple.

Both @bleu.eth and @yosephks.eth recommended https://viem.sh/, so I'll be suing this to interface with ethereum.

No idea what this number is but we'll find out.

TIL what allowance is for ERC-20 tokens. 

tl;dr - the amount that a spender is allowed to withdraw from a token owner's account

Big progress!

First even smart contract interaction.

Also wowowow my token is expensive.

great progress for the first day. all that's left is getting that buy button to work, then sell. then add it to the front-end, then launch. Feeling pretty good about getting this out the door.
