Startup advice from the on deck founder. TL;DR - doing anything other than talking to customers and building product is a distraction. In OPs case, that includes going to school and fundraising.

which ondeck? ondeck capital that sold cheaply because of how distressed its portfolio was or ondeck fellowship that preys on founders with no money?

I slightly disagree While continuous customer conversations can lead to optimizing a local maximum, a founder’s main job is to discover a truly viable business. That requires merging customer insights with a valid product vision "Shipping" is a word that is used too often, it matters what you ship too! Plenty of businesses here ship and iterate and have happy customers that are paying $0
