I'm not super deep into it, but likewise I appreciate those who are good /people/ beyond their accomplishments

I followed PRIDE and early days of UFC. I like people that can carry a solid conversation while retaining some degree of class in and outside of sport. 

GSP, A. Silva, Randy Couture, Machida, I like DC lately (I think he's a great ambassador for the sport). I know, all retired. 

From the current fighters, I didn't follow them much so I don't know their characters. But I like seeing Holloway fight, Adesanya is always a spectacle,  And of course, Jose Aldo is still fighting.
