How can a Builder score gems in Scout Game? 

- Git commits are worth: 1 Gem
- Successfully merged pull requests are worth: 10 Gems
- 3 PRs in 7 days is a streak and worth: 30 Gems
- The first time they commit to a new repo they earn: 100 Gems 

If I weren't in the middle of building moxiescout, this would be an amazing incentive to contribute to open source crypto.
