Moxie Build-in-Public Round 9: Usability

Not gonna worry too much about speed yet, but let's make MoxieScout convenient. Mobile friendly, all the data you'd want front and center. A bit of style if I have time.

Here's the starting screen. 

There are already a few problems with this screen. #1 is that it requires clicks to be useful.

At the very least, need some basic auction information. 
- "Type" isn't particularly useful either, so I'll remove that. 
- Double Action buttons are ugly, too
- Add clearing price and supply
- Add all active auctions

For now, added the ability to view auctions from the main list via sidebar. This only works for user auctions. Channels and Network will come later.

Last thing I want to do for this release is get the usernames of the bidders by wallet.

I won't finish this during this session, so will push the release for later this evening. 

Normally would cut scope, but this is the flagship feature for this update.

- Channel and Network Auction pages
- View bids by user (gotta get that @wake strat 👀)

First, let's get started with an easy win. 

Remove type and replace it with "Supply and Clearing Price". 

That should make this minimally useful. 

Also want a countdown timer for the auction date because "started" is bad.

If "All Auctions" could also link to the auction page, it would be easier to use. This way, I wouldn't have to add everyone to the Shortlisted list, but I still need to check each one individually.
