How long does it take to withdraw the tokens received in the airdrop? They say there are more than 1b of tokens in circulation and who owns those tokens.

Airdrops vest (unlock) over a 180 day period, one day at a time. You can withdraw your 1/180 proportion daily via the official Moxie frame.
