Zenidrop Build-in-Public: Post Drop Followthrough

I released the zenidrop.com alpha build this week. While the drops have worked (thanks to @eirrann.eth and @samanthaeharvey for testing!), there's still a lot of work to do in smoothing things out.

Today, I'd like to add a very basic version of a post-drop followthrough. 

There's both a creator side and a receiver side to this, but for today, I'll focus on the creator side. 

The feature I have in mind is inspired by the artists who @ the people they've sent the drop to with a custom message. I think the easiest feature here to implement is simply providing the list of user handles that they can then copy/paste into FC messages. 

There's fancier stuff that can be done, but I think we'll start here.

So one of the challenges with this is that I need to use something outside of AlfaFrens names to get the FC handles for the AlfaFrens users. Fortunately, I've been working on this as I add Moxie FT holders, so going to start with that repo.
