Yesterday we just settled on an apartment we bought outright in cash.

All possible bc of the opportunities in crypto.

To add some more context: we left Germany 1.5 years ago to move to Dubai, where we’re currently based :)

Will be returning to Australia in July this year which is where we bought the apartment

Got a similiar plan except using crypto as my 2nd job so I can buy a home cash. No way I am paying the bank these rediculous interest rates just gota keep grinding
