Why do you guys lift/run/do the exercise that you do? What keeps you going? I personally lift weights everyday and ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes. I love how it makes me feel and how I look when I see progress happening!

I’m doing it for two reasons. The aesthetics, and the ability to do my activities to the best of my abilities. I still play 20 something ex college players in tennis, I still elk hunt and pack heavy weight miles a day during the season. I hike to paraglide, I downhill mtb. All of that sucks when I’m not strong.
