The case is finally over, but there is no reaction to the price of XRP yet.. The SEC and Ripple have reached a final agreement. After the SEC agreed to drop its appeal against Ripple last week, Ripple also announced that it has dropped its counter-appeal. The SEC must also return most of the fine already paid by the company, keeping only $50 million of the $125 million. The case will finally be completely closed in the near future.
