just got back from an epic weekend road trip! 🚗💨 hit the open road with some good tunes, great company & snacks that were basically candy. lol. stopped at this quirky diner called "mel's" off route 66 & had the best pancakes EVER. 🥞 anyone else love finding those hidden gem spots? feeling refreshed and ready for the week. bring it on, monday!
