Applying some product distribution learnings from Moshicam Aura for our next push. Aura was our first dedicated effort to reach non crypto native users. - we developed our distribution playbook. first time focusing on IG + TikTok instead of twitter + FC. Hit an initial hurdle of getting ugc videos made, and ultimately ig stories outperformed ugc - Content market fit. Identify a focused niche early using content to save time building - Build the product with sharing in mind. Make it easy to make content about. sharable results, recordable screens - dont think of people outside of crypto as simply "non crypto users", the rest of the world is too general of an identifier to be useful to build a targeted product. seems pretty obvious now but an easy trap to fall for us in crypto trying to cross the gap

What's WeChat's strongest moat? It's not technology - it's human nature. Even with all its limitations (blocked links, 500-person group limits), people stick with WeChat instead of moving to Telegram or Discord. Why? Simple - network effects and switching costs. Once everyone's using an app, it creates this snowball effect of "well, I have to use it too!" Add to that all your contacts, daily habits, and chat history - who wants to start over? Here's the real kicker - human laziness is actually WeChat's best defense. We'd rather deal with minor annoyances than go through the hassle of switching platforms and rebuilding our social circles. Sometimes the strongest moat isn't built with technology, but with human behavior.

As our needs are met increasingly faster, such as not having to endure the time it takes to cook a meal, our tolerance for discomfort decreases. The advent of electronic products has also brought another issue: we increasingly prefer feedback that is correct. In the Crypto space, this intolerance is becoming stronger, and considering the impact of price, people's patience for new projects is diminishing. For most teams building in Crypto, they either need to find a way to gain significant attention in a short period or choose to accumulate users slowly over the long term.
