1. I am very disappointed with the @taikoxyz team. My journey with this project began back in the testnet, where I participated in the Galxe campaign and even received a small airdrop for it. After that, the team announced the Trailblazers campaign, in which I actively participated by completing activities such as token bridging, token swapping, playing some games, and collecting NFTs during all the weeks of this campaign. Through these activities, I consistently remained within levels 10-11. During the 8th week of the campaign, I added liquidity to the pool, some of which I withdrew in order to complete bridges to and from the Taiko network. Due to my carelessness, I didn’t notice that the rules stated that such actions were not allowed. This is clearly my fault. However, the points I earned from these prohibited actions made up, at most, 10% of my total points, and likely even less (unfortunately, I can’t check this now because the Taiko team has blocked access to this data).

2. Today, on the day of the airdrop for this campaign, I discovered that my wallet had been blacklisted. I was very surprised because, while communicating in related groups, I knew how some people were abusing the point system in various ways, and they did not end up on the blacklist. Why not simply deduct those points or impose a penalty? Why was I blacklisted when I caused no harm or damage to this project and, on the contrary, even encouraged my fellow crypto enthusiasts to join? I wanted to ask someone from the Taiko team this question and request a review of my overall activity because I did not plan on leaving this project, as I really liked it. But here’s the surprise—there’s no option to open a ticket in the Discord channel. I tried to ask the moderator in the RU section about it, but he simply replied that the developers made this decision and that’s it.

3. I remember the chaos that happened during the LayerZero airdrop. There were millions of Sybil accounts bombarding the L0 team with questions, and they managed to respond to almost everyone. Even the CEO, Bryan Pellegrino, actively replied to most people who reached out to him, which commands a lot of respect. It’s frustrating that in a project with far fewer participants, there is no way to ask a question directly to the developers. Why isn’t there at least some form of appeal mechanism? Even if the team had responded and told me they wouldn’t do anything about it (which would be fair), it would at least have shown some respect for the community. But they just ignore my messages. The only person who responded was the moderator in the Russian section. However, he cannot answer my questions and, as far as I understand, cannot relay them to the team. I hope someone from the Taiko developers reads this and provides some feedback. Thank you for your attention.
