No idea why Haliey agreed to this - frankly, it confirms my assumption that she's really just not that bright...

I'm sure the vape cabal did this to get attention, and whether or not it leaked, they got what they wanted (but since it leaked / released not according to plan, I'm sure they're nervous about whether it's positive or negative attention)
