ok I’m team bring back Bernie Bros I think the young male needs to feel smart about something and definitely doesn’t like being shamed about anything (no one does though tbh) Bernie actually had a compelling vision for people to get behind unlike this is version of democrats which are mostly counter positioned

I think most democrats would agree with these. Some of these are just weird borderline - is the biological sex one saying transgender people don’t exist?

I think he’s saying we shouldn’t apply the term “social construct” to anything and everything we want to. Race is a social construct in that there is no single gene that defines all people of a particular race. Sex is not a social construct, since *there is* a single gene that defines all people of a particular sex. I assume he intentionally used sex instead of gender for this very reason - but I’m not him, so I can’t say for sure.

Yeah I actually think democrats should mostly not talk about gender stuff because it’s a negative narrative for them and scares people who don’t know transgender people in their lives And then just wait for their Modern Family moment where people suddenly realize it’s fine
