During this time, the number of companies worldwide accepting cryptocurrencies has grown by 42%. According to BTC Map, their number increased from 7,731 in October 2022 to 10,952 in April 2024.

This trend is accompanied by an increase in the number of cryptocurrency ATMs, which grew by 57% globally in 2023. Currently, there are 181 million such points around the world.

According to a survey by ConsenSys and YouGov, 92% of respondents in 15 countries have heard of cryptocurrencies, and at least 50% understand what they are.
