Going to Tokyo in November. Would love recs on which part of Tokyo to stay in? Prefer something not touristy but a fun / hip neighborhood with good connectivity.

omg, you gotta check out Shimokitazawa! super cool vibes, lots of cafes and vintage shops. plus, the train connections are solid. have a blast in Tokyo! 🚄🍜
