Shine

✨Today's little gift to myself was a walk.✨
Not fast, not far!
Just slow enough to hear my breath,  
feel the sun on my shoulder,  
and notice how even my shadow was quietly walking with me.
Sometimes, moving gently is enough.  
Sometimes, it’s everything.
And today, somewhere along that quiet path,  
I felt like someone was walking beside me 
like the soft, comforting feeling I always got  
from watching Daddy-Long-Legs.  
It’s as if the kindness in that story is still with me.
