This is one of my favorites dessert it called " Kue Klepon / Klepon " A traditional indonesian dessert. These are chewy glutinous rice balls filled with palm sugar and coated in grated coconut. They're fun to eat because when you bite into them, you get a burst of melted palm sugar in your mouth.

I like this one too, the coconut coat make it less sweet. Perfect balance 👌
