I created a checklist for when looking into a potential opportunity:

✅ Check market cap and guess the growth potential based on others in the category

✅ Does it have an interesting narrative with a good potential to trend & hype?

✅ Does it draw attention now? Will it draw more attention in the future?
The best alpha is something that already proves it draws attention but still has enough room to grow

✅ Is there a gap between the value I see and the value significant mass of others will discover in the future

✅ How does it look in terms of community, social media/marketing, investors & team, TVL, collaborations with others, etc.

✅ If it’s about trading a hype (hottest token) then it’s a short term trade (2-4 months max)

✅ New tokens in price discovery have more growth potential than old ones with history.
