@cryptotaxguy.eth just read your blog (great explanation re implications of treating crypto as a liability), curious if you have any thoughts on why Biden would veto SAB 121?

Word on the street is that the pro-crypto push may never have come from the White House at all, but rather from Pelosi’s former aide. If that’s the case, than congressional dems are worried about the implications of polling, but Biden and the Warren wing actually haven’t changed their position on crypto.
