One of our goals with native interoperability is that user's don't have to think about bridging. As a stop gap to native interoperability (devnet later this month) we're making the Superchain easier to use. Spotted on brid.gg => transfer USDC / ETH to Base directly from OP Mainnet. Mode support coming soon.

The most confusing thing with USDC is the standard of USDCb, USDCe, and ui that correlates. We were trying to deposit USDC on superfluid but it wasn’t the correct standard. I think they got it sorted out now for a better UX but also assume this type of standardization helps with that correct ?

That's the beauty of intent based systems like Across - any chain that has CCTP should be using native USDC, else bridged USDC. That nuance re bridged vs native though is abstracted from the end user so it just feels like USDC transfers.

Fantastic news..📰 The teams building these standards for the Superchain are revolutionizing the way we interact with blockchain technology. Soon it’ll be easy enough for our moms to use.
