Reading the recent Visa press release: Why would the real world asset issuer ever use an interoperability service not owned by them? Isn’t this just introducing more trust assumptions to their product?

Said another way, bankA uses Visa tokenization platform to put 10B of tokenA on Solana, Ethereum, and privateChain. Why would tokenA adopt one of the existing or emerging standards for interop vs using Visa’s attestation service to mint/burn tokenA across chains?
