Bans happend this season:
1. Mint Club: ~300 people (tipped more than 60% to mint club)
2. Tipped more than 400k: ~15 people (exploited bug)
3. Tip reciprocated : ~1500 people (tipping rings)

A list of banned users will be shared - community can vouch for people who should not be on the list.

A rule-based approach will be used to police tipping going forward to avoid subjectivity. Jacek will be making proposed rules and accompanying data sources public for debate and discussion soon.

Season 12 Airdrop already tomorrow!!! 

Tipping allocation reducing from 5 Million per day. Dropping to 1 Million per day next season!!!!

I think this is a good summary from what I heard ...

Mainly I think #3 - "Tip Reciprocation" bans  - is the big issue from what I have seen. @jacek seemed to mention some slack on that one, I believe:

- opportunity to vouch for others
- leniency on the %s for which is is enforced
