I agree. In my opinion, it is better that accounts with good open rankings (e.g., less than 5,000) do not have their responses considered spam. 

Because if these accounts were supposed to be spam, they would not get a good open rank! These accounts may even give good replies and go unnoticed, and as a result, spam is recognized, which is not fair.

But those who have an open rank above 5,000 (for example) should pay a lot of attention to the answers they give.
