For example, according to Iranian traditional medicine, eggplant creates soda in the body, and its treatment is the use of curd, so curd is also used in all Iranian dishes that contain eggplant.

I am an Iranian woman who prepares these foods with love for my husband and son, even though I am an industrial designer, I study about the culture of my country and use the properties of foods and their ingredients for health and enjoyment of life, and I pray to God for I am grateful for these many blessings 🙏
