Cutting my own bangs in the middle of a breakdown is so me on my 20s. Therapist 2 weeks off, and a weekend of total chaos. Where's my medal?? (Actually my frens n fam are). Ugh feelin cheesy af rn.
30s: Deep tech/home revamp, 5+ brand new projects hyperfixation (ADHD cliché), and *finally* setting a reminder to call my hairstylist.
⭐ SO: Notes app dump (or just writing it down in some paper), not a 4am tweet. Level up, sort of.
🫧 Seriously: brain vomit writing works. Slept like trash for days, but this is like a lullaby. I ALSO recommend HealthyMinds app for meditation (free, not sponsored... yet?).
