Cosmos Transactions

On Cosmos chains, transactions consist of metadata and sdk.Msgs that trigger state changes within a module via the Protobuf Msg service.

How Transactions Work

- Creating Transactions: Users create transactions to interact with applications and make state changes (e.g., sending coins).

-  Multiple Msgs: A Cosmos transaction can include multiple sdk.Msgs, each requiring a signature from the corresponding account's private key before broadcasting to the network.

Key Components of a Cosmos Transaction

- Msgs: An array of sdk.Msg messages.
- GasLimit: Option chosen by users to determine gas fees needed.
- FeeAmount: Maximum fees the user is willing to pay.
- TimeoutHeight: Block height until which the transaction remains valid.
- Signatures: Array of signatures from all signers involved in the transaction.
- Memo: A note or comment accompanying the transaction.
