Hello y'all -- an update on @faust, and where things are with Roc:

A few months ago, we announced that we're building Roc (what we call a reality oracle computer). We've been hard at work on it for the past few months, and it is taking a lot longe than we thought. So, in the mean time we've decided to build a smaller scope version beta dev kit of it that we'll be announcing soon. 

We'll have more details soon, but here are some thoughts around the progress below:

this is the first I’ve heard of your background with Kitty Hawk.  Whoa.  It was also confusing because I was thinking of the app I used to use to get my faa approvals for drone flights (Kittyhawk, now known as Aloft).  These are completely different but I had to sort that out.

I was gonna ask if there is a recording for that conversation from 5 months ago with @kaloh but I found it.  I’ll check it out along a conversation I found that you had on Aburra.

I think you summed it up best… 

“Unfortunately, no one can be told what Roc is.  You’re going to have to experience it for yourself.”

This is the first I’ve heard of the idea of a Roc so I am kind of speechless.  Will see how much my brain is capable of handling as I listen to those recordings.
