@dylsteck.eth depends on where your audience work and live... I'd imagine that Substack & Beehiiv have their own analytics, right? 

If the subject matter is work-focused, I'd suggest a weekday, while if it's personal-growth focused, I'd suggest a weekend. 

Look at when Justin Welsh, Dan Koe and Ryan Holiday send theirs.

Wonder if there is a way to plot out peak newsletter primetime, and drop it when there’s a little less noise

Yeah for sure -- I'm finding very consistent numbers on Substack, but then a piece or two gets featured by someone(retweet, newsletter mention etc) and the piece gets 2-3x views. 

And it is all work-focused(all tech it's not a personal growth newsletter), so maybe would be worth thinking about a week day 🤔
