i've been putting out my newsletter Next in Tech out every Saturday, but just tested out a Monday edition this week instead. 

trying to figure out if there's anything in the time I'm publishing that can boost engagement, or if there are other content/distribution details I can be working on.

Yeah for sure -- I'm finding very consistent numbers on Substack, but then a piece or two gets featured by someone(retweet, newsletter mention etc) and the piece gets 2-3x views. 

And it is all work-focused(all tech it's not a personal growth newsletter), so maybe would be worth thinking about a week day 🤔

@dylsteck.eth depends on where your audience work and live... I'd imagine that Substack & Beehiiv have their own analytics, right? 

If the subject matter is work-focused, I'd suggest a weekday, while if it's personal-growth focused, I'd suggest a weekend.

Wdyt about publish time for a tech/crypto newsletter? Trying to think if people in tech have a particular they like to go through their emails.

I feel like it depends on the type of newsletter. If it’s business, maybe early Monday morning, but you’d be in high competition…so maybe late Sunday afternoon for the early preppers. If it’s a parent newsletter, maybe evening after the kids are asleep.
