Overheard in the trenches: International frens having second thoughts about attending FarCon this year due to travel bans and people getting detained at border. @esteez.eth any resources to help international friends safely enter and exit America without issue?

No real manuals here - unfortunately, you’ll never know what can hit you A few personal recs: - If you’re a citizen of a country on the orange or yellow list (Google the NYT article - please reconsider visiting at this time) - If you require a visa/green card to enter, make sure all the dates on your paperwork are in order. Also applies to national passports - if your passport will expire within three months before Farcon, get a new passport. Check all the transit/airline immigration rules, too - Make sure you have someone on call in NYC or your first US entry point who can call an immigration lawyer and/or assist you in any other way
