Some of you may know I’ve been exploring what’s next. That means having a lot of path and way finding to snipe opportunities that might need to be truffle pigged a bit. Recently, I’ve been thinking about symmetrical value creation for talent. What does successful on boarding and off boarding look like for all in the human capital value exchange? What does hiring look like in permissionless context today? How should it look tomorrow? As I’ve been having a lot of chats my three mental models are: - Was he she they a nice person? - Were they respectful of my time? - Is there self interest alignment? What are your top talent shorting (stop loss) functions and why?
