What does civil disobedience look like in the network state? When tipping culture and norms shift the ethos having the presence to question why this shift happened and who endorsed it I think shows courage and conviction.

As I currently understand it, I think the idea is that network state citizens will be more able to use their voice to make rapid effective changes to their own governance. In that case, civil disobedience should equate to meaningful action and solutions to issues much faster, making those issues less severe as well.
